Since 2023 our people have worked inside talent management agencies, first as one person on a shift and later running whole teams. It is where Balay ni Bruno & Co. learned to hire, train, schedule and write things down.

What they asked for
The first agency hired our founder for a shift role in 2023. Teammates joined him, and in time he moved from working a shift to running the team.
What our team did
- Started with one person working a set shift.

- Moved into an operations manager role: building the systems and training the team.
- Planned shifts so every hour was covered.
- Wrote the procedures down so a new person could learn the job from a document, not from memory.
- Today Ryan leads day to day operations and team coordination for a current client in this field.

The work began in 2023 and continues today. Ryan, Kenz and John all worked on these accounts alongside our founder.
