Will you send emails without my okay?

No. We draft and set everything up, but you approve the message before it goes out. You stay in control of what gets sent in your name.

What if my contacts are a mess right now?

That is normal and it is where we start. We gather them from your inbox, phone, and old spreadsheets, remove duplicates and dead addresses, and build one clean list.

Can you write the newsletters too, or just send them?

Both. We can write them in your voice or send content you give us. Most owners have us draft, then they read it over before it goes.
