Why do we leave out what we cannot verify?
Because one invented detail on a public page costs more than a gap. If a number, a name or a piece of local news cannot be checked, it is left out and we say so.
Where this bites
- Local news in a content plan.
- Results and numbers in a case study.
- A client's own details: prices, counts, dates.
What we do instead
We tell the work from the records and add a number only when the client or the owner gives one. Several of our own case studies say plainly that we have no results figure to quote.
What you can expect
If something is missing we ask you. We do not fill the space with something that sounds right.
Where this comes from
This is how our own team works every day. It is not taken from one client.
