Who approves a change before it goes live on your store?
You do, or the person you name. The assistant prepares the change, shows it, and puts it live only after a yes. Then they read the live store back to confirm it took.
The order
- The change is prepared as a draft or a preview.
- It is shown to the approver.
- After a yes, it goes live.
- The live store is checked afterwards and the result is reported.
What never needs asking
Looking. Reading the store, checking a page or reporting a problem needs no approval, so problems are found early.
What is never changed without a new yes
Wording you already approved. If you signed off the words, they stay as you signed them.
