What does six months of content from one assistant look like?
A plan, a calendar, and then the steady making of it: reels, carousels, graphics, long videos, flyers and website pages, tracked week by week. One of our assistants did exactly that for a finance firm in 2025.
The order of the work
- A plan for what the business wants to be known for.
- A content calendar that turns the plan into dates.
- Short pieces first: reels, carousels and graphics.
- Longer pieces alongside: edited long-form video and flyers.
- Website pages kept up to date as the content grew.
Why one person
The owner dealt with one assistant from the first day. That person knew the calendar, the tone and what had already been said, so nothing had to be explained twice.
How it was tracked
In a timesheet, across Monday to Friday work weeks, from June to December. We tell this from that record and add no results we cannot show.
Where this comes from
This is drawn from real work: A fractional finance firm.
