What happens when a lead replies?
A person reads it and answers it, and the conversation stays in plain view until it is finished. A reply is the most valuable thing outreach produces, so it is never filed away with the sent mail.
Before we answer
- The whole thread is read again.
- Anything we are about to say is checked the same day: their website, their titles, their links.
- If the message mentions a file, the file is attached and checked on the sent message.
Where the conversation lives
Outreach nobody has answered is filed out of the inbox. The moment a real person replies, that thread stays in the inbox until the conversation is done.
What we never do
- Send a second reply to someone a teammate already answered.
- Send a draft with a blank still in it.
- Quote a price nobody agreed.
