What does daily verified outreach look like for a builder?
A short list of the right businesses, checked one by one, contacted in small numbers each day by a person who can answer the reply. It is slower than a mass send and it is meant to be.
What goes on the list
- Businesses that fit the kind of work the builder wants.
- A named person where one can be found.
- Contact details that have been checked, not copied.
What happens each day
- New names are sourced and checked.
- Anyone already contacted, or already in another client's list, is removed.
- A small batch goes out.
- Replies are read and answered by a person.
Who does what
An assistant on our team owns the list and the daily batch. Tools help find and check details. The assistant decides who is contacted.
